Friday: 5.30-7.00am / 8.00-9.00pm
Sunday: 5.30-7.30pm

20 x 100 FC on 1:45
8 x 100 Kick on 2:15
2 x 400 IM on 7:50
8 x 100 of either BC on 1:55 / Fly on 2:00 / BRS on 2:05
